Man, 26, seriously wounded by gunfire in West Town

CHICAGO - A 26-year-old man is in serious condition after he was shot in West Town Sunday morning. 

Police say the victim was standing outside in the 200 block of North Aberdeen Street around 4:25 a.m. when he heard gunshots. 

The victim was struck twice in his right leg and transported to Northwestern Hospital in serious condition.
