A fire broke out at two buildings Thursday morning in Chicago's Lawndale neighborhood.
CHICAGO - A fire broke out at two buildings Thursday morning in Chicago's Lawndale neighborhood.
What we know:
The fire started around 3 a.m. in the 800 block of South Kedvale Avenue.
Chicago Fire officials said the blaze went through the roof of both buildings, which were unoccupied at the time. The fire was extinguished roughly an hour after crews arrived at the scene.
No injuries were reported.
What we don't know:
The cause of the fires is under investigation.
