Forest Preserve District of DuPage County warns drivers to watch out for turtles
DuPAGE COUNTY, Ill. - The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County is out with a new traffic alert — watch out for turtles.
They say spring is when the animals are most active and may be crossing roads in search of food, water and mates.

Anyone who finds an injured turtle should contact the Forest Preserve District's Willowbrook Wildlife Center in Glen Ellyn.
