Former McHenry County softball league president arrested for $16,000 theft

MCHENRY COUNTY, Ill. - The former president of a McHenry County softball league has been arrested for theft.

Natalie Phelps is accused of stealing $16,000 from the McHenry Pigtail League's account.

She was caught after board members noticed some discrepancies with their bank accounts.

Phelps is being charged with a class two felony.
