WAUKEGAN (Fox 32 News) - A funeral was held Monday for one of the victims killed in the fiery chemical plant explosion in Waukegan.
Jeffrey Cummings, 57, was a supervisor at "AB Specialty Silicones" for the last seven years.
Cummings and three others died in the explosion earlier this month.
