Little Village shooting leaves man seriously wounded

CHICAGO - A man was shot and seriously wounded Thursday morning in the Little Village neighborhood.

Police found the 24-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound to the groin around 4:30 a.m. in the 2700 block of South Keeler Avenue, according to CPD.

The victim was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was listed in serious condition, police said.

No one is in custody as Area Four detectives investigate.
