Man charged with shooting gun off Chicago balcony

CHICAGO (Fox 32 News) - A Chicago man is charged with shooting a gun from a balcony in the city's River North neighborhood.

Joshua Yang, 32, was arrested on Thursday morning after police recieved several calls about someone shooting from a balcony.

Yang was located on the 37th floor of one of the Marina City buildings. Those are the round condo towers next to the river.

Police said that they saw Yang with a handgun. They told him to drop the weapon and took him into custody. 

Yang is a felon, and is charged with felony use of a gun.
