Millennium Park named one of six 'Great Places in America'

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Millennium Park in Chicago was recently named one of the Great Public Spaces on the annual "Great Places in America" list put together by The American Planning Association.
Every year, the organization's list recognizes some of the great streets, neighborhoods and public spaces in America.
The APA made the list this year due to its vast performance space, unique public artwork, and year-round gardens.
Also making the list were the Santa Fe Railyard in New Mexico, Hermann Park in Houston, Balboa Park in San Diego, the Flint Farmer's Market in Flint, Mich., and the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colo.
