CHICAGO - A new donation is looking to help local kids learn how to ride a bike.
NASCAR, the Chicago Street Race and the NASCAR Foundation made a delivery Tuesday to the "All Kids Bike Movement" — an initiative that looks to teach every kid in America to ride a bicycle in kindergarten physical education classes.
