Neighbors volunteering to shovel snow in Chicago on Christmas Eve

CHICAGO (Fox 32 News) - Volunteers were busy shoveling sidewalks in Chicago on Christmas Eve.
Jahmal Cole, founder of My Block, My Hood, My City, was encouraging people to shovel their neighbors' walkways and introduce themselves. He also recommended that people check on their neighbors to make sure they're all right.
