Sergio Majerus: Missing Plainfield teen last seen in January

A 16-year-old Plainfield boy is missing and was last seen a week ago, according to police.

The Brief

    • A 16-year-old boy from Plainfield has been reported missing after last being seen on Jan. 28.
    • Sergio Majerus was last spotted around 4:30 p.m. in the 12000 block of Parterre Place.
    • Plainfield police urge anyone with information to contact them.

WILL COUNTY - A 16-year-old Plainfield boy is missing and was last seen a week ago, according to police.

What we know:

The Plainfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.

Sergio M. Majerus was last seen at 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 28 in the 12000 block of Parterre Place.

The teen is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 134 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

At the time of his disappearance, Majerus was wearing a red Plainfield North High School hoodie, black Champion sweatpants, and carrying a black backpack and skateboard.
