An elderly woman from the Near West Side who was reported missing Saturday has been found. 

Chicago police were searching for Shirley McReynolds, 84, who's been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and was believed to be at high risk. 

She went missing after she was seen leaving the Museum of Contemporary Art in Streeterville.
