Toyota recalling over 144,000 vehicles due to rearview camera issue

Toyota has issued a recall for 144,200 cars connected to a rearview camera problem.

Citing the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Reuters reported that the camera might not display when ​the vehicle ​is placed in reverse, boosting ⁠the risk ​of a crash.

This latest recall from the automaker comes two weeks after the company announced a separate recall on March 11 impacting more than 500,000 cars over a faulty seat issue
