Vernon Hills firefighters rescue ducklings from sewer drain

VERNON HILLS, Ill. - You might say that the Vernon Hills Fire Department did a "quacking" good job with their latest call. 

They were called to a local high school after more than a dozen ducklings fell into a sewer drain.

Firefighters were able to remove the grate and reach down into the sewer to rescue them.

The ducklings were quickly reunited with their mother and everyone was ok.
