VIDEO: Teacher knocks down special needs student

A teacher in Georgia resigns after a security video is made public showing her intentionally knocking down a special needs student.

The boy had just turned four-years-old.

The teacher, Amelia Stripling, had worked for the Tift County Pre-K Center" for more than 20 years.

The Tifton Gazette reports that the child was not injured. The child's mother has filed a police report and the incident is under investigation.
