Woman missing from Far South Side may need medical attention

A 28-year-old woman reported missing from the Far South Side may need medical attention, police say.
Jermil Spencer was last seen Sept. 12 in the 13900 block of South Michigan Avenue, according to Chicago police.
Anyone who knows her location is asked to call Area One SVU detectives at 312-747-8380.
