Youth groups refuse to meet with Emanuel to discuss video

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - The video of teenager Laquan McDonald being shot 16 times by a police officer will be released Wednesday.

The city is bracing for a possible backlash and Mayor Rahm Emanuel has called on community activists to help keep the peace.

Veronica Morris-Moore of Fearless Leading by the Youth and Malcolm London of the Black Youth Project discuss the video's release and their refusal to meet with Emanuel to talk about it.
