CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - Pau Gasol has notified the Bulls he will turn down his $7.7 million option for the 2016-2017 season.
The 35-year-old center spent only two seasons in Chicago, averaging 16.5 points, 11 rebounds and 2 blocks per game in 72 games this past season.
The Bulls still have a chance to re-sign Gasol this summer but now every team has a shot to land the Spanish shot-blocker.
