Red car speeds through holiday parade in Waukesha Wisconsin, several people injured

Reports from witnesses at the scene shared on social media say a car plowed through the parade at high speed. There are also reports that shots were fired. A live video from the City of Waukesha shows a red vehicle speeding along the route and at least one police officer can be seen running in that direction
