Illinois aims to improve 'Safe Haven' law after infant dies outside Chicago firehouse

An Illinois law requires Safe Haven information be taught in all public schools. The Safe Haven law aims to prevent illegal abandonments of infants. Now, a local nonprofit is hoping to spread the word while helping high school seniors pay for college.
