Mexican Independence Day celebrations block traffic in Chicago Loop

Friday was the second night of partying for Mexican Independence Day in Chicago. Police blocked streets so the festivities wouldn't spread and block more downtown traffic. Streets were so clogged an ambulance had to take a sidewalk.
