Deadly drug 'Tranq' on the rise in Chicago area

A new drug epidemic is sweeping the Chicago area. An animal tranquilizer going by the name "Tranq" is the newest dangerous drug making its way into the hands of teenagers. Founder of Live4Lali, Chelsea Laliberte Barnes is working to get drug education in schools with new legislation.
