Former Bulls player creates basketball league for Chicago kids

Former Bulls player Joakim Noah founded Noah's Arc Foundation to help children in Chicago develop a stronger sense of self and an outlet for self expression. Noah created a the One City basketball league to provide more opportunities for inner city kids. Finals kick off this weekend.
