Has tipping gone too far? Pew Research Center reports shift in consumer expectations

Is tipping out of control? Many stores now include it into your bill or ask you to tip before you get your food. The Pew Research Center says around 70 percent of adults say tipping is expected in more places today than it was five years ago.
