Chicago school failed to protect student with disability from sexual assault, lawsuit claims

Attorneys announced a lawsuit on Monday against Chicago Public Schools, alleging failures to protect a 15-year-old student with disabilities who was sexually assaulted by a fellow student at a North Side high school earlier this year.
