An Illinois Lottery player, who goes by the nickname Wishing Fish, won $1 million after spontaneously choosing a $10 Ultimate Bonus Payout scratch-off ticket at a Jewel-Osco in Cary. She plans to share the prize with about 15 family members, especially her three grown children, and help a friend with housing.
