Chicago alderman calls for e-scooter safety hearings

Chicago Ald. Matt O?Shea is calling for hearings on the safety and regulation of electric scooters on city streets. O?Shea said it?s ?shocking? that something catastrophic hasn?t already happened, citing the hundreds of scooters now on public ways.
