Chicago sues Trump admin over new DHS funding restrictions

Chicago and eight other municipal governments filed a federal lawsuit Monday challenging new conditions from the Trump administration, claiming they unlawfully restrict emergency grant funding based on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs.
