FOP president calls Bobby Rush a "liar" after video emerges of officers 'lounging' in congressman's office

The Chicago Police Department is under fire after Mayor Lori Lightfoot released video showing officers relaxing in the recently-burglarized office of Congressman Bobby Rush while businesses nearby were looted. But the president of the Chicago Police Union, John Cantanzara, says the video doesn't tell the whole story.
