Downers Grove father reunited with daughter after 18 years in prison

A Father’s Day reunion 18-years in the making! Craig Cesal from Downers Grove spent nearly two decades watching robbers, rapists and murderers come and go from prison while he was serving a life sentence for a non-violent marijuana offense. His recent release to home confinement was made possible in no small part over concerns for his safety during the coronavirus pandemic.
