Chicago Bears, state lawmakers to meet on bill team needs for new local stadium

As Indiana state lawmakers race to pass a bill to allow for a new stadium for the Chicago Bears, team officials and Illinois state lawmakers will meet to get another piece of legislation passed, needed to make an Arlington Heights stadium possible.
