HUMID CONDITIONS TO PARTS OF THE REGION...WITH SOME AREAS SEEING
DEW POINT TEMPERATURES DIP INTO THE LOWER 50S. OVERNIGHT LOW
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 53 IN FREEPORT...UP TO 70 IN KEOKUK.
PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES AND LIGHT EAST WINDS WILL PREVAIL
ACROSS THE AREA TODAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE AREA.
TEMPERATURES WILL PEAK ABOUT 3 TO 7 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR THE
DATE...WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 70S TO MID 80S.
