Toni Preckwinkle talks new development at Cook County Hospital

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - Over a century old, the historic Cook County Hospital is getting a makeover.

The hospital has sat unoccupied for over a decade and now private developers have plans to transform the building into a mixed-use development featuring a hotel, apartments and a retail facility.
