16-year-old boy shot while standing on Humboldt Park sidewalk: Police
HUMBOLDT PARK - A 16-year-old boy was shot while standing on a Humboldt Park sidewalk Saturday.
The boy was struck in the left arm and leg around 9:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Lawndale Avenue, police said.
He was taken to Stroger hospital in fair condition.
No one is in custody and Area Four detectives are investigating.
