35-year-old man shot in Englewood

CHICAGO - A man was shot in Englewood early Friday.

At about 4 a.m., a 35-year-old man was outside in the 1300 block of 72nd Place when he heard shots and felt pain.

He was shot in the right thigh and was transported to an area hospital in fair condition.

No one is in custody. Area One detectives are investigating.
