9/11 Bi-Lingual Insurance Service Provider (West of O'Hare)

Established State Farm Agency seeks a self-starting, eager to learn, and service-oriented team player to continue the growth of our business.

Responsibilities Typically Include:
Answer phones, manage call flow, greet clients.
Work with Agent and Team to establish and meet marketing goals.
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
Generate quotes for new & existing clients.
Set appointments for Sales Associates to help clients with Insurance & Financial Reviews.

We Require:
** Illinois Auto & Fire Insurance License
** Fluent in English and Spanish
** Willingness to proactively make clients aware of ways we can help them
with our products & services
** 1-3 Years Personal Insurance Experience
