Firefighters battle blaze on NW Side

CHICAGO - A fire broke out at Belmont Snack Shop’s building Thursday on the Northwest Side.
The blaze erupted in the 3400 block of West Belmont Avenue, Chicago Fire Department officials said about 7:50 p.m.
The fire was extinguished by 8:25 p.m., and no injuries were reported, fire officials said.
