Lane closures scheduled on Dan Ryan Expressway for drainage project

CHICAGO (STMW) - The southbound right lane and an entrance ramp of the Dan Ryan will be closed this weekend between Garfield Boulevard and 59th Street for a shoulder drainage project.
The one lane will close beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, weather permitting, according to a statement from the Illinois Department of Transportation.
A second right lane will be closed from 12:01-7 a.m. Saturday; 12:01- 9 a.m. Sunday; and 11 p.m. Sunday to 6 a.m. Monday, to give workers more room to work, and move materials and equipment, according to the statement.
The Garfield Boulevard entrance ramp will be closed beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, according to the statement.
All lanes and ramps will be opened by 6 a.m. Monday.
