OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - The California Highway Patrol cited a driver after bags of marijuana fell from the back of a truck on Interstate Highway 880 in Oakland on Thursday.
The CHP posted photos of the spilled weed on Twitter with the poetic caption: "Roses are red, violets are blue, your spilled weed is green and we have a citation just for you."
The CHP said the driver was cited for littering, and for driving a commercial vehicle without the proper license.
