Man killed in Chatham shooting identified
CHICAGO - A man was fatally shot Saturday afternoon in Chatham on the South Side.
The 37-year-old man was standing outside about 3 p.m. in the 8200 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue when he was shot multiple times, Chicago police said.
He was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died, police said.
On Sunday, the man was identified by the medical examiner as Tyrice Larry. His death has been ruled a homicide.
No arrests were reported.
