PHOTOS: Fireworks and lightning share 4th of July sky over Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Fourth of July storms pushed across parts of Minnesota, putting fireworks in question. But as the saying goes, the show must go on.
The strongest storms were in a pocket of northwestern Minnesota, but spectators in the Twin Cities were treated to twice the fire in the sky. Lightning shared the sky with fireworks as most Twin Cities metro displays got underway.
Fox 9 viewers shared their photos of the fireworks (and lightning) on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
