CHICAGO (Fox 32 News) - To mark the company's 55th anniversary, Portillo's says it will offer customers a slice of its delicious chocolate cake for 55 cents on Wednesday, April 4.
There's a catch, though. To get the special offer, customers must first purchase a sandwich -- and yes that includes a hotdog -- an entree salad, pasta or ribs.
