Shoppers making Christmas returns in the Loop

CHICAGO - Christmas returns are making their way back to stores.

FOX 32 checked out the scene in the Loop Monday and saw those unwanted or just-doesn't-fit-right items being returned or exchanged.

And get this — retailers say holiday returns have increased every year in the past eight and expect that to hold true again this year.
