Some Chicago suburbs receiving funds to house migrants
ELGIN, Ill. - It's not just Chicago hosting migrants.
Some suburbs are also trying to figure out shelters. But now, they're getting some help.
Gov. J.B. Pritzker recently announced more than $40 million in grants.
Lake County and Elgin will be receiving about $1 million each.
The money is set to be put toward providing shelter, food, healthcare and much more.
