Woman who disappeared at O'Hare after flight is found safe
CHICAGO (SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE) - An elderly woman with Alzheimer’s disease who went missing Friday after arriving on a flight at O’Hare International Airport has been found safe.
Maria Brito, 76, was last seen exiting Terminal 3 at O’Hare after arriving on a flight from Mexico, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.
Late Friday afternoon, police said Brito had been found and reunited with her family “without incident.”
The family had been planning a press conference and prayer vigil for Friday afternoon.
