Fire at Chicago area kennel spurs new anti-cruelty legislation

A fire at a Chicago area kennel is now spurring new anti-cruelty legislation. Twenty-nine dogs died as a result of the fire. DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin discusses the potential new legislation.
