Spring breakers urged to avoid Mexican border after uptick in violence

Texas state troopers are warning spring breakers to stay away from the U.S.-Mexico border after four Americans were kidnapped nearly two weeks ago. Only two of them came back home alive after a deadly run-in with a drug cartel.
