COPA announces 3rd training session for People's Academy on Civilian Police Oversight

Chicago's Office of Police Accountability is looking for a few good citizens, and you could become part of the COPA People's Academy through one of its many learning opportunities. COPA is going to be holding its third training session for its People's Academy. It's a six-week condensed version for the public and organizations around the country that are interested in learning about civilian police oversight, investigative, and legal concepts.
