Ex-FBI special agent calls circumstances in Gregory Bovino case 'very unique'

A Chicago federal judge has ordered U.S. Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino to report in person every weekday evening to provide updates on immigration enforcement under a temporary restraining order. Former FBI special agent Ross Rice says the circumstances surrounding this case are “very unique."
