Police to release sketch of child whose remains were found in Garfield Park lagoon

The first sketch of a little boy whose body was found torn apart in a Garfield Park lagoon is set to be released Thursday morning. The sketch could be the most important clue yet in finding out who the child is and what lead up to their death.
